Kojic acid is a 100% natural substance discovered in Japan. In cosmetics, it is known for its smoothing properties. For pigment spots, acne, scars, and other blemishes, kojic acid has a mild exfoliating effect, lightening dark spots and making the skin increasingly radiant and smooth.
Koji Acid soap contains other natural ingredients that help make Kojic Acid more effective at lightening dark spots or improving your overall complexion.
Kojie San is the only manufacturer that uses kojic acid derived from rice wine. All other brands use dried fungus mushrooms containing kojic acid.
How does Kojic Acid work?
Now that you know what kojic acid is, you're probably wondering how it works. Kojic acid works in a rather unique and effective way, especially considering it's all natural.
Simply put, Kojie San works to reduce the production of melanin in the skin. Melanin is the substance that gives your skin its pigment.
The more you have, the darker your skin. Age spots, sun spots, and spots associated with melasma hyperpigmentation generally contain more melanin than the surrounding healthy skin. However, you don't have to have a skin condition to use Kojie San. Reducing melanin production will generally give your skin a lighter appearance.

How to use: Wet the soap and work it into a lather. Gently massage the lather into your skin and let it absorb briefly. Rinse with plenty of water.
For best results, combine the soap with other Kojie-San products!
Protect your skin well from the sun. Using anti-pigmentation products can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Therefore, always use a good sunscreen!
For external use only. If in eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
